Housul (Self-Defense)

Housul, or self-defense techniques, are a critical component of Taekwondo training. They equip practitioners with practical skills to protect themselves in real-life situations. Housul focuses on techniques such as joint locks, throws, strikes, and escapes.

The club has been in existence for the past 32 years having been established in the first quarter of 1988, with no name given. it started with the founder GM Itua Moses, Master Femi Ajigbon (RIP) and SM Lucky Ogumelen as the first student then.
